“Talking To Myself” Linkin Park Lyrics

Tell me what I’ve gotta do
There’s no getting through to you
The lights are on but nobody’s home (nobody’s home)
You say I can’t understand
But you’re not giving me a chance
When you leave me, where do you go? (where do you go?)

All the walls that you keep building
All this time that I spent chasing
All the ways that I keep losing you

And the truth is, you turn into someone else
You keep running like the sky is falling
I can whisper, I can yell
But I know, yeah I know, yeah I know
I’m just talking to myself
Talking to myself
Talking to myself
But I know, yeah I know, yeah I know
I’m just talking to myself

I admit I made mistakes
But yours might cost you everything
Can’t you hear me calling you home? (calling you home)

Oh, all the walls that you keep building
All this time that I spent chasing
All the ways that I keep losing you

And the truth is, you turn into someone else
You keep running like the sky is falling
I can whisper, I can yell
But I know, yeah I know, yeah I know
I’m just talking to myself
Talking to myself
Talking to myself
Yeah I know, yeah I know, yeah I know
I’m just talking to myself

All the walls that you keep building
All this time that I spent chasing
All the ways that I keep losing you

And the truth is, you turn into someone else
You keep running like the sky is falling
I can whisper, I can yell
But I know, yeah I know, yeah I know
I’m just talking to myself
I’m talking to myself
I’m talking to myself
Yeah I know, yeah I know, yeah I know
Talking to myself

Lyrical Diary: “Talking To Myself” Linkin Park Lyrics

“Talking To Myself” Linkin Park Lyrics. Writer(s): Jonathan Rotem, Mike Shinoda, David Farrell, Ilsey Juber, Joseph Hahn, Robert Bourdon, Chester Bennington, Bradford Delson

This song debuted at Argentina’s Maximus Festival on May 6, 2017.
This is the album’s second single. His first posthumous single.
The song is about Chester Bennington’s wife seeing him a drink and do drugs. Chester remarked, “About seven months after we got acquainted, my wife said, ‘I don’t think there’s been a day since I’ve known you that you haven’t drank.'”

In an interview with TeamRock, Chester Bennington said, “I’m astonished I can still speak after all that acid. I’d do crack, meth, and stress out. Then I’d smoke opium. 110 lbs.”

The video was released hours before Chester Bennington’s suicide on July 20, 2017.

This song received mixed reviews. The Guardian dubbed it “a sleek Justin Bieber-style pop-R&B nugget,” while The New York Times called it “a pounding plaint about loneliness, alienation, and ‘all the walls you keep constructing.'”

Song Bangladesh-Lyrical Diary

Bangla Song Lyrics – Enjoy reading lyrics and trying to do them more than just lyrics, trying to have some more me. I enjoy doing this because it allows me to express myself in a unique way that not everyone can do. It also gives me a chance to learn new things, which I appreciate.

Lyrics are a way to communicate emotions, and they can be used to entertain or provoke an emotional response in the listener. Therefore, lyricists need to use complex academic jargon to evoke a strong emotional response. They can create a connection with their listener and hopefully evoke a feeling of enjoyment or pleasure.
